Official Rules

Void outside of the United Kingdom and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws and ordinances. Sweepstakes begins on 10th April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) or when the first Instagram post is made (whichever occurs first) and ends on 24th April 2026 at 11:59 p.m. GMT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility: The You, Me and Tuscany Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are at least 21 years old at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Kingfisher Hospitality Group ("Sponsor/Administrator"), and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor/Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winner.

3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Sweepstakes Period, each of twenty-eight (28) Kingfisher Hospitality Group hotel properties (each referred to as a “Kingfisher Hospitality Property” or “Property”) will post a Sweepstakes call-to-action on their Instagram account (“Instagram Post” or “Post”). Participating Properties and each of their Instagram accounts are listed below:

To enter the Sweepstakes on any of the Instagram accounts above, you must do all three of the following: a) follow that Property’s Instagram account; b) like the Post; and c) comment on the Post, including the hashtag #TakeMeToTuscany (collectively, “Entry”). You may only use one (1) Instagram account ID to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account to submit an Entry. In order to enter the Sweepstakes, you must have an Instagram account and have your account settings set to public and not private; i.e., Entries must be visible in public hashtag searches from time of Entry through time of winner verification. If you do not have an Instagram account, and you would like to create one for free, download the free Instagram app to your mobile device at either the Apple® App Store or the Google® Play store. All terms and conditions of Instagram apply. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. GMT on 24th April 2026. Limit one (1) Entry per person/Instagram account across all Kingfisher Hospitality Group Properties. The person uploading the Entry will be deemed the Entrant (the “Entrant”). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram account used at the time of Entry. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the person who manages the e-mail address associated with the Entry. Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the other requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified. Participation is subject to disqualification of all Entries, if multiple Instagram accounts are used by the same person.

No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device.

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor/Administrator and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor/Administrator. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

Entrant’s social media profiles must be keeping with Sponsor/Administrator’s image or they may be disqualified. All Entries must comply with the “Entry Requirements” set forth below.

4. Entry Requirements: By entering, you agree to waive any rights you may have to the Entry submitted. The Entry, or any portion thereof, must be compliant with Instagram’s Terms of Use and not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content, or be disparaging of any Brands, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with Brands’ image and may not be sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; obscene or offensive, promote irresponsible or excessive consumption of alcohol; promotes illegal drugs or the use of legal cannabis or psilocybin mushrooms, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or any particular political agenda or message; or otherwise objectionable as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or proprietary rights or portray any person in a false light. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Entry from any source. All Entries must be the sole, original work of the Entrants. Any Entry or portion thereof that, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, violates the Entry Requirements, will not be considered and may disqualify the Entrant. Entries should not contain any third-party materials (other than Marriott), or otherwise violate or infringe (or possibly infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand. Entrants grant to Sponsor the non-exclusive right to edit (including, without limitation, blurring or blacking out any infringing material), adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use Entries in any way it sees fit. Instagram is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes in any way and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the prizes. No endorsement or approval of the Sweepstakes by Instagram is expressed or implied. Automated, script, macro or robotic Entries submitted by individuals will be disqualified. Entries may be posted on the Sponsor’s website, and may be posted on other non-affiliated websites, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified. By entering, you understand and agree that your Entry and/or your Instagram username and/or your name may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), 1) be posted online for consumers to view on Sponsor’s social media sites or other Sponsor-selected sites such as Brands’ sites; 2) be announced online and/or in social media as a potential winner; and/or 3) be distributed across social media channels. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any posted Entries, in its sole discretion, even if the Entry has already been made available to the public.

5. Selection of Winner: On or about 27th April 2026, one (1) overall Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor/Administrator at their offices in London UK. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by 11:59 pm GMT on 24th April 2026.

6. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram. Potential winner will be required to reply to the DM with the required information within the deadline provided by the Sponsor/Administrator at time of notification or winner consideration may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be determined. Potential winner will then be required to sign and return, a Declaration of eligibility and liability and publicity release (where legal) and assignment of rights (“Declaration”), except where prohibited, within five (5) days of notification attempt. If a potential winner fails to reply to the initial notification or fails to return the completed Declaration by their specified deadline, or if Declaration is returned as undeliverable or if the potential winner is deemed ineligible, potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor/Administrator will award the prize to an alternate winner determined as outlined in Section 5 from among all remaining eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Declarations will be sent to potential winners via email. Potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor/Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An Entrant is not a winner unless and until Entrant's eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

7. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: A four (4)-day/three (3)-night trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to Pisa, Italy (“Trip”). Trip includes round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) from major airport nearest winner’s home (at Sponsor’s sole discretion), hotel accommodations (one room; double occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified 4-star hotel, ground transportation in Italy, a vineyard experience for winner and travel companion who must be 21 years of age or older (otherwise that portion of prize may be forfeited), an Italian classic car self-drive tour (must have a valid driver’s license to participate), a four-course cooking class and dinner at the hotel restaurant (awarded in the form of a €150 gift card for the winner). Approximate retail value: €1,500.

Prize Restrictions: Trip must be completed within twelve (12) months of being awarded or prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Trip cannot be taken from 21 December 2026 to 4 January 2027, over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges. Travel companion must be a legal resident of the UK. If the winner elects to travel or participate in any part of the prize with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. All travelers will require a passport valid for at least six (6) months from date of travel. Travel insurance will be provided and will be subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions aged 70 or over. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Sponsor’s discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winners and travel companion agree to follow any applicable protocols or health and safety guidelines and restrictions that may be in place at time of travel. In the event of any unforeseen or force majeure event (including without limitation epidemic, pandemic, communicable, contagious, or infectious disease or public health quarantine that impacts Sweepstakes/travel), Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value, in their sole discretion. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the winner’s and their travel companion’s transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the winner, their travel companion and such transportation companies. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges, taxes, gratuities, souvenirs, telephone calls, other incidentals and items of a personal nature. In the event the winner and/or travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize, and send winner and/or travel companion home (at winner/travel companion’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of prize). In the event winner or travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subject winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. If winner’s travel companion is a minor, he/she must be the winner’s child/charge. Travel companion (or winner on behalf of minor travel companion) will be required to execute a release of liability prior to travel. The selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of the prize or any portion thereof to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winner and void the prize if it appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Lost, mutilated, or stolen passes, tickets, vouchers, or certificates will not be replaced by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor is not responsible if the winner does not make use of all portions of the prize. Winner cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem prize for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize (or portion of prize) becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Any and all applicable taxes, dues and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor/Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion and in the event of cancellation, winner will be selected as outlined in Section 5 above from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor's/Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor/Administrator may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) winner will be selected as outlined in Section 5 above from among all eligible Entries received up to time of impairment.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that Sponsor/Administrator, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS/WINNER/TRAVEL COMPANION AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SUCH SITE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

10. Publicity and Intellectual Property Release. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), AND THE RELEASED PARTIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLD WIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE WINNER’S ENTRY, NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SUCH ENTRY, COMMUNICATIONS OR SUBMISSIONS, CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS, IDEAS, NOTES, CONCEPTS OR OTHER MATERIALS (“SUBMISSIONS”) THAT ENTRANT MAY SUBMIT TO SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR INCLUDING ALL RIGHTS EMBODIED THEREIN, WHETHER SENT VIA THE WEBSITE, BY ELECTRONIC MAIL OR BY SOME OTHER MEANS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION AS DEFINED IN SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR’S PRIVACY POLICY, AVAILABLE AT WWW.MARRIOTT.COM/ABOUT/PRIVACY.MI. SUCH SUBMISSIONS SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE NON-CONFIDENTIAL, NON-PROPRIETARY AND SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SUBMISSIONS AND SHALL BE FREE TO EDIT, EXPLOIT, MODIFY, PUBLISH, REPRODUCE, USE, DISCLOSE, DISSEMINATE AND DISTRIBUTE THE SUBMISSIONS TO OTHERS WITHOUT LIMITATION IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR NOT CURRENTLY KNOWN, THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN PERPETUITY FOR ANY PURPOSE WITHOUT COMPENSATION, PERMISSION OR NOTIFICATION TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY. ENTRANT HEREBY GRANTS SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR A ROYALTY FREE, IRREVOCABLE, AND WORLD WIDE, IN PERPETUITY LICENSE TO USE THE SUBMISSIONS IN ANY FORM OR FORMAT AND TO MODIFY THE SAME, AND ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR DOES USE THE SUBMISSIONS ENTRANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY CREDIT, CONSIDERATION, NOTICE OR PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND. ENTRANT WAIVES ANY MORAL RIGHTS HE OR SHE MAY HAVE TO THE SUBMISSIONS, AND AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR ELECTS TO USE SUBMISSIONS FOR ANY PURPOSE, ALL RIGHTS UNDER COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THAT RELATING TO ENTRANT'S SUBMISSIONS OR FROM USE OF THE SAME BY SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR. ENTRANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR ELECTS TO USE ENTRANT'S SUBMISSIONS, ENTRANT WILL EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BY SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR REGARDING THIS ASSIGNMENT. IF ANY USE BY SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SUBMISSIONS CAUSES IT TO BE LIABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY, ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR AND ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVE AND ALL RELATED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, JUDGMENTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES) WHICH IT INCURS AS A RESULT OF ITS USE OF THE SUBMISSIONS.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of England and Wales; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor/Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the courts of England and Wales without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the courts of England and Wales or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the courts of England and Wales.

12. Privacy: Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor/Administrator's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.marriott.com/about/privacy.mi. Entrants should be aware that Sponsor/Administrator may be collecting non-public, personally-identifiable information about them in connection with the operation of the Sweepstakes. Entrants’ data will be transferred to the US.

13. Official Rules & Winner List: For the winner’s name, available for ninety (90) days after the Sweepstakes has ended, send an email to: hello@kingfisherhospitality.com with “WINNER – You, Me and Tuscany Sweepstakes” as the subject line. Winner List will be sent after the prize has been awarded.
